We hate to make this post but….We’re FIRED UP to be helping Idaho small businesses strengthen their online presence so they can focus on what they do best—running their business. 🔥

Let’s be honest: most business owners didn’t start their company because they wanted to spend hours creating content, managing social media, or figuring out marketing trends. Let us take work off your plate so you can get back to the work that matters.

You ever spend more time setting things up than actually doing the work?

Lighting’s right.
Camera’s ready.
Everything feels productive…

But nothing’s actually getting finished.

That’s a sneaky one.

Because it feels like progress—
but it’s really just a stall.

A lot of small business owners get stuck here…
waiting until things are “just right” before they hit publish, launch, post—whatever it is.

Truth is, done beats perfect every single time.

If you’re stuck, try this:
Pick one thing. Give it a 30-minute deadline. Ship it as-is.

No overthinking. No tweaking it to death.

Because momentum > perfection. Every time.

What’s something you’ve been “almost ready” to put out for way too long?
The thing stressing you out today might be the exact thing you wished for four years ago.

One of our favorite parts about doing these interviews is hearing the stories behind the businesses that make Pocatello what it is.

We recently sat down with Jim Young, the founder of @dudespublicmarket , to talk about what inspired him to create a space where local entrepreneurs could grow, collaborate, and build something together.

One moment from the interview really stuck with us.

After years of work, stress, and uncertainty, Jim walked into a packed food hall one day and thought, “Shoot, I have to clean this place.”

Then he realized something.

A busy, successful food hall was exactly what he’d been dreaming about for the last four years.

Sometimes the things that feel like headaches today are the same things we wished for when we first started.

Jim also talked about how much the support of other local business owners and entrepreneurs in Pocatello encouraged him along the way. That sense of community is a big part of what makes this city special.

Next time you’re downtown, stop by Dude’s Public Market and support the local businesses that call it home. ❤️

Small business owner check—are you trying to do all of this alone?

Because that’s how it usually starts.

You’re the marketing team.
The sales team.
Customer service.
And somehow… also supposed to “stay consistent online.”

No wonder it feels like you’re always a step behind.

The problem isn’t that you’re not working hard enough—
it’s that you’re spread too thin to do any one thing well.

Simple shift:
Pick 1–2 places to actually show up consistently.
Not everywhere. Not perfectly. Just consistently.

Let the rest be “nice to have,” not “I’m failing if I don’t do it.”

Because trying to be everywhere usually turns into being nowhere.

You don’t need more platforms—you need less chaos.

Where do you feel the most stretched right now in your business?
